I hate that I always do this to myself, overthinking and creating negative scenarios in my head for just about everything. Family, school, and friends. It always leads to insomnia. I worry too much, that’s a fact. I care too much and sometimes I wish I didn’t. I can’t stand when a bad scenario commences in my head, it makes me think that dreaming may not be worth it.
